You Don't Have To Pay Taxes

Ever heard of "No Taxation Without Representation"? It applies to everyone who did not vote for George Bush in 2000 and in 2004 and here's why. Thousands of voters were denied the right to vote in these elections and that has already been proven. If their votes were not counted, then none of our votes had the impact they would have had in a fair election. Therefore, none of us have representation and none of us are bound by taxation.

This expert opinion was written after the Center for Constitutional Rights tried to take Don Rumsfeld to court in Germany for war crimes. It proves that we are paying taxes to a government that has made themselves immune from breaking the law. http://www.ccr-ny.org/v2/legal/september_11th/docs/ScottHortonGermany013105.pdf

How can you continue to support a criminal administration that has made law to immunize themselves from criminal activity? You have every right to cease paying criminals to spend your tax dollars for criminal behavior that they can never be accountable for committing. The only answer is to proceed without them and in spite of them.

We are starting a new government at the PCO and we will never use your tax money to fund a corporate war. Pay your taxes to an organization of social justice professionals that will use tax money only for peaceful and environmental purposes. If you want to join the tax protest movement, the PCO wants to help you. Send an email to us at taxprotest at politicalcooperative dot org and we will make sure that your tax protest is defended. We have to face the facts - the neocons will use any lie they can come up with to steal elections, steal land, and deny justice. The war in Iraq is a corporate war for corporate profit - is that what you want your tax money to pay for? It is time to stop pretending that democracy is alive in America - it has been bought and there is nothing left to do but start a new government with people who have already proven what they stand for. Join us. <a href="http://www.warresisters.org/history_wtr.htm"> Click here to read about the history of tax protesters in response to war.</a> While war is one reason to refuse to pay taxes, this administration has committed many additional crimes that demand our action to stop them in any way possible.

We will not walk in fear, one of another. We will not be driven by fear into an age of unreason if we dig deep in our history and our doctrine, and remember that we are not descended from fearful men — not from men who feared to write, to speak, to associate and to defend causes that were, for the moment, unpopular."

When our Congress can't stop killing, we must take action to stop them. We could put our tax money into an account that would deny these corrupt politicians the ability to use our funding for more illegal theft of land and resources in Iraq and elsewhere. An attorney recently refused to pay his taxes and he spent a year in jail - but what if thousands or millions of us refused to pay the taxes we owed to the government? We could form a coalition of attorneys and use the tax funds to ensure that anyone of us who is prosecuted would have the resources they need to go to court and protect their right to stop supporting this illegal government. If we put the funds into a verifiable account, then we could all have evidence that we do not refuse to pay, we simply refuse to continue supporting the current officials who are stealing our tax money to put it in their own pockets.

The development, maturation and influences on Che Guevara's ideology

This article is reprinted from <a class="wiki" target="_blank" href="http://www.che-lives.com/home/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=12

Background: During the 1950's and 1960's Che Guevara, an Argentinian, became a revolutionary martyr who's name, to this day, is recognised throughout the world. His ideas and theories on revolution have become gospel-like to his followers. As a child Che suffered from severe asthma, yet that did not deter him from venturing around the Latin American continent. Che was highly intelligent and he completed his doctors degree, normally a six year course, in three years. Che's initial aim in life was to make a breakthrough in medicine, in order to help people. Yet along the way, Che's plans were disrupted and he became a revolutionary guerrilla fighter. There are many questions as to why Che abandoned his medical studies and joined Fidel Castro's rebel army. In particular, what impact did philosophical studies and personal experience in Latin America have on Che Guevara's ideology and his theories from 1951 to 1959, when the rebel forces seized Havana, Cuba?

Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney has introduced articles of impeachment against George Bush, Dick Cheney, and Condoleezza Rice.
McKinney charges that Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld manipulated intelligence and lied to justify war, and that Bush has engaged in illegal domestic spying. The former charge has been extremely well documented, and the latter proudly confessed to. The former charge was central to the concern of those who included impeachment in the U.S. Constitution. The latter charge is one of openly violating a law that was established in response to President Richard Nixon's impeachable offenses.

Isn't the need for U.S. soldiers to train Iraqi soldiers just a good excuse to hang out and keep stealing oil and land for the corporations who have built facilities and planned real estate deals in Iraq? On the one hand, the Bush administration claims that we have to take the gloves off and put our water boarding hats on, because these brutal people (Arabs) are not affected by rational fears or imprisonment and must be scared to death if we are ever to "win". But on the other hand, they (Arabs) need us to teach them how to build a police team and an army, even though they had police and army well before we ever went over there.

What a joke - the Bush administration will find a reason to stay there with our soldiers for the purpose of protecting their corporate assets, and they will tell the public any stupid excuse they can think of in order to do it. Tell Bush that our interests are not your interests and you will not use our budget or our soldiers to steal land any more, from any one. If you are unclear on how Cheney and his corporate friends are taking our budget and investing it secretly worldwide, just take a look at this.

<a href="http://www.export.gov/iraq/pdf/kurdistan_investment_law.pdf">Secret Real Estate Deals - No One Will Ever Know Where the Money Came From....</a>

Where do you think the billions of missing dollars from our Defense Budget have gone? The Iraq study group fails to mention this or the ongoing violations of human rights law and the criminal act of invading Iraq in a war of agression in the first place. The Iraq Study Group pretends to admonish Bush, when all they are really doing is confirming his administrations right to continue theft and inhumane treatment of Arabs in Iraq, just as they have done in Palestine and Afghanistan.

    * Every baby a trust-fund baby. Just as the nation broadened the ownership of land in the 19th century through the Homestead Act, and of houses in the 20th century through the mortgage interest tax deduction, expanding the ownership of financial assets should be the cause of the 21st century. British Prime Minister Tony Blair set the example by championing a law that endows every British newborn with financial assets from birth. We should follow suit and inaugurate a new era of universal capitalism in the United States.

    * Universal coverage for universal responsibility. Why not approach health insurance like car insurance by making it mandatory? Coupled with public subsidies for those who need them, mandatory insurance could cover all 43 million uninsured Americans and lower the cost of coverage for those who are insured (by broadening the risk pool to include the young and healthy, the 18- to 34-year-olds who are the most likely to be uninsured), all while costing the government less than Kerry's plan, which is said to reach 27 million uninsured.

    * Tax consumption, not work. You would never know it by listening to politicians, but more than 70% of American families pay more in payroll taxes than in any other tax. Yet no other tax does more to retard job creation or to reduce take-home pay, especially among low-income workers. By eliminating the payroll tax and replacing it with a progressive national consumption tax, we could create a lot more jobs and generate a lot more savings — thereby solving our two greatest economic problems at once.

    * End all farm subsidies. Our farm subsidies are vestiges of the past. They harm farmers and the environment, create agricultural gluts, retard global free trade, hurt Third World countries and cost taxpayers $20 billion a year. By ending these subsidies, we could not only alleviate these various problems but free up the resources to, say, endow every child from birth with financial assets. While we're at it, let's end all forms of corporate welfare, which would free up an additional $50 billion for better uses.

    * Family-friendly workplaces. Although the traditional family is no longer the norm, our workplaces have yet to adapt, penalizing those who need flexibility to fulfill their caregiving responsibilities, often by depriving them of good jobs and basic benefits. This two-tier labor market should be ended by making basic benefits citizen-based instead of employer-based and by giving all workers the flexibility of today's part-time workers, along with the benefit security of full-time workers.

    * A race to energy independence. It is a cliche that the United States should pursue energy independence with the same vigor that once fueled its race to space. Yet we lack a viable plan to light this new fire. The answer may lie in another recent revolution — the biotech one — in which a competition between private industry and a public consortium greatly accelerated the mapping of the human genome. Why not apply a similar model to energy efficiency by funding a high-profile contest between public and private parties?

    * Building a global middle class. At a time of a ballooning trade deficit and global overcapacity, the U.S. needs other countries to consume more and to export less. The best way to accomplish both is by exporting the middle-class development model (such as 30-year mortgages) that created mass affluence in our own nation half a century ago. By recasting the globalization debate around the overarching goal of building a global middle class, we could promote prosperity and stability at home and abroad.

The PCO has been founded at a time when for many of us, it seems that the U.S. government cannot get any worse. U.S. budgets have been directed wrecklessly to promote a selfish and arrogant Neocon nationalist agenda while increasing social injustice, poverty, violence and oppression. We have seen horrendous destruction and devastation inflicted upon people here at home and the people of the world. The truth of the corruption and killing for profit in the Bush Administration has been exposed to many of us who never had any clear picture of what our corrupt CIA and DOD have actually been doing worldwide. Many of us have been further amazed by acts of Congress to simply allow known criminal activity to continue within our government, to continue funding an illegal war initiated through fraud, as well as their passage of blatantly pro-wealthy legislation while cutting more and more funds needed to help those who were already suffering from ongoing class oppression. It was clear by the Democratic wins in the midterm elections of 2006 that all of this madness, plus fraudulent ballot counting was finally sinking in and the voters were not going to take any more.

We proved that the majority of us really want change and that we can make change if we go out and vote together. While we were able to prevent more Republicans from getting into office, that still didn't enable us to stop the war or get any justice, but it did teach us an important lesson - we do have the majority and we do have the power to put anyone in office. The war and oppression continue and its hard to see any difference between a Republican and a Democrat. They think that the billions of dollars missing from the budget will go unnoticed if they increase the minimum wage. It seems that they think we will let criminal activity by politicians go unchallenged - but the tide is about to turn. They think they are above the law and that we cannot stop them - maybe it's time to think again - we will dismantle the wrath of this corporate government, hold them accountable and redefine justice in the United States.

Hillary Clinton and the "Democrats" as we now know them, will only bring us more of the same - propaganda, plus corruption and lies in support of war profiteers and dictators who support corporate profit at the expense of their people. They are not going to end the ongoing oppression worldwide of human resources and theft of natural resources and real estate through corporate agendas. Nancy Pelosi has proven that she only wishes to assist the corrupt politicians in evading accountability by telling us that she unilaterally has removed the people's right to impeach by taking it "off the table". She has consistently supported what is known to be a corrupt war based on lies and Barack Obama's stance on the issues is nothing more than the same old rhetoric. Our Republican candidates have openly expanded on their blatant racism, supremacist, class-based values to make the rich more rich, through oppression, corporate perks and intolerance for anything that resembles humanity, equality and decency.

We must dare to stand up for humanity with radical change. We must stand up for participatory democracy that hears all of our voices, promotes peace and diplomacy, respects law, preserves Mother Earth, brings authentic dignity to our country and provides for fairness in our policies at home and around the world. This is not something that will ever be achieved by the democrats or republicans who are on offer to us in 2008.

The reason why is because they like playing the game the way it is. They know how to play the game because they are career politicians and corporate profiteers. That is why the PCO will be a complete change of attitude and action in U.S. policy. A complete change of attitude is the only thing that is going to turn this deadly world around. You can do it sooner, or you can do it later - the only difference will be how many people suffer in the meantime.

We care about the people of the world who are being oppressed for selfish profit and global trade power. If you do too, become a part of the solution - <a href="mailto:members@politicalcooperative.org">Submit your name and mailing address</a> through this link to stay informed on the happenings at the PCO party - We can change the world.

(We do not share member information outside of our office).

	<br>
We can change the world by putting people in charge who are concerned with humanity, rather than corporate profit. The only way to "fight terrorism" is to stop being a "terrorist". Some peace activists recently went to Lebanon to help out and report the atrocities by Israel and the U.S. The victims told these activists "Go back home and change your government". The entire world knows that a new government in the U.S. is the only thing that will provide for a new beginning, but our new government will only be trusted if it is clearly, and radically different.
<center>
By acknowledging the truth of what corporate wars of aggression do to people, we will make sure that they cease to exist.

<iframe name="tv" src=http://www.PoliticalCooperative.org/PCOPeople/love.jpg width="400" height="300"></iframe>
<br><a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/vd-43DiKbGc" target="tv">Click Here to Watch</a></center>

<p>Our Political Party and Cabinet will be made up of experienced professionals who have dedicated their lives and careers in support of sustainability, human rights, judicial equality and maintaining minimum living standards for all, and these are goals that are well within our reach. Our new foreign policy will be clearly stated, transparent and unbiased toward all nations regardless of our historical abuse and misuse of foreign policy and trade favoritism to profit our corporate friends. The U.S. war industry will be dismantled as will the covert CIA and DOD operations. We will no longer permit or support any secret government operations that are not fully disclosed to the Senate because they completely undermine the existence and meaning of our Constitution. The work of reconcilliation through true diplomacy, extradition assistance, international tribunals and retribution to those we have damaged, will begin and continue, worldwide.

<p>The Political Cooperative will immediately and retroactively reinstate the United States of America and all of its citizens to the International Criminal Court and insist that all those who are accused of war crimes be taken into court. This will not be a charade and this will send the world a clear message that we are serious and that our government is no longer arrogant and self-serving or above the law. These ongoing acts to bring all past goverment criminals to justice will also make it clear that anyone who thinks they can come into office and excuse themselves from following international or U.S. law, will not be able to escape justice, ever - including illegal activity that the Bush Administration has tried to make legal, after the fact, such as warrantless spying, torture, indefinite detention, denial of habeas corpus, extraordinary rendition and numerous other unconstitutional practices that they did covertly until they were caught, and then tried to protect themselves by changing laws.

<br><br>
Straussist Neocons, better known as the Bush Administration and PNAC decided that liberalism was the source of our problems many years ago, but they in fact
have twisted their ideals and their actions away from efforts to provide for
a common reason for us to care about each other, and instead to turn us against each other and the world. By using the neo-con tools for deceiving the public, they ended up creating a set of policies and responses that systematically oppress large groups of people and monopolize the resources of the world, primarily through the banking, war profiteering and oil sectors. As their systems grew, more people joined in, but they often were able to shield themselves from guilt by pretending they don't really understand their connection to the crimes. Ultimately every purchase at Walmart or Target and every drop of gas bought from Exxon or Chevron and every pay check from almost every corporate job, does in some way add to the systems of corruption, oppression and monopolization that they have put in place, damaging more people every minute of every day.

Now we all know that they use media propaganda paid for by the U.S. budget, to lie and it is all for nothing other than corporate profit. As Ralph Nader said "you can have democracy, or you can have all the wealth in the hands of a few, but you can't have both."

The U.S. is now in so deep, it appears that we do not know which way to turn. When they kill and bribe enough people who happen to be in the chain of government and manufacturing and recruiting, the government becomes a non-stop killing machine that just keeps going without much effort because the policies are set toward the goals of oppression for profit. As long as we "Stay The Course" the profits keep rolling in for the war profiteers, and so do our families' dead bodies. And when I say "our families", I mean to include our families in Africa, Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine and Lebanon. We are a nation of global immigrants with a history of mixed cultural heritage and particularly in cities such as San Francisco - our friends, family and our neighbors are truly global. We must embrace all people, yet they seem to want us to become a group of U.S. zionist voters, who fear and don't mind destroying others, as long as the bombs don't drop on our house. We see all people as our neighbors and we all share one earth - that is something that the PCO will never lose site of.

Israel and U.S. officials have been behaving as though we live on separate planets from their "enemies". The Olmert and Bush/Cheney teams are deadly and dangerously deranged regimes that have initiated policy to kill well-over a million people from 2000 through 2006. Their political machinery has figured every trick and twist for oppressing masses of people in other nations in order to steal their resources and the only way to reign the systems in is going to be through drastic change to dismantle their covert systems.

Kissinger advocated Global Interdependence, which actually turned out to be a system of bribary and puppet governments
who would either allow for corporate theft of resources with the approval of the officials that the U.S. allowed them
to hold office in those countries. Anyone who did not comply with U.S. corporate interests would be ousted or murdered. There
is no doubt of this when we look at all of the countries where we were able to take their resources for a low price and oppress their populations who work in slavery.

The problem is corporate greed and separatism which the Neo-Cons? have labeled "Homeland Security". But the financial security of the war profiteers is not in our best interest, nor the world's. We must denounce the PNAC agenda of selfish arrogance and nationalism and their subliminal message that "Americans are Better and More Valuable" than other people. We must respect everone and every government elected by its people, not create fear for corporate advantage.

Only through liberal respect for all people and nations with social justice as our first priority,
can we protect the rights of every individual and our nation. Only through a
government that is aware and concerned about social justice and one that integrates humanity, kindness and respect for nature will we achieve peace and bring about a meaningful change. Only when we give the world a viable plan and a new light for viewing the U.S. Government as a changed being, will we be safe. Then we will deserve respect from conscientous and intelligent individuals, governments and organizations worldwide. When we prove that we can put humanity before profit, we will never again be in the situation that we find ourselves in now - the entire world despises the U.S. Government for its arrogance, greed and criminality.
<p>
The people who are called terrorists by U.S. politicians have every right to despise the criminal and horrific acts that our government has perpetrated against Arabs and others throughout the world in order to oppress, divide and steal. We cannot force anything on anyone, and when a country says that they will deliver democracy, what they really mean, is we will take over and occupy that country. We can achieve world peace, but first we have to stop and look at nothing other than our own acts of violence, hatred and terrorism around the world and here at home.

"You don't have to be an eternal optimist to change the world.
But it helps."

<p>BushCo?. doesn't care about polls or lives lost, all they care about is money.

If you don't think this war is about money, then stand with us and stop spending for just one day to see what happens. If we cause corporations to lose money, we will be speaking our government's language.

Call for Global Resistance Beginning March
20th with Protests at College Campuses, Recruiting
Centers, U.N. Offices, Court Houses Around the World and in D.C.

We need to take steps to Stop the
Killing & Mass Imprisonment. We are in a paradox where nothing in our system of democracy works any longer. Senators will not even Censure President Bush, knowing full well that he has broken the law. Courts are unable or unwilling to stop them, because the "war on terror" makes torture legal and makes spying legal and makes all government accountability secret. So we have no democracy within which to change the corrupt monopoly that is taking over the world.

Although, it would be nice to see everyone stop working and stop going to school and stop patronizing commercial industry for weeks in order to show that we have power, I don't really think that it's going to happen. At the very least, we should try to do it for one day.

<p>March 20th, 2006 9:00 a.m. Stop what you are doing (work/school) and join us in resistance! Protest at Recruiting Stations, College Campuses and U.N. offices. If you can come to D.C., meet at the Veteran's Memorial to March to the Pentagon and White House and wind up back at the Capitol Lawn for a 12:00 noon picnic, protest and camp out, until they leave our White House. Send an email to demand that the International Criminal Court put an end to the Illegal Wars for Profit at this address. legal.tools@icc-cpi.int

We should also file a class action law-suit against the people who took us to war based on lies - Colin Powell, George Bush, Dick Cheney, Condoleeza Rice and in England they should do the same to Tony Blair, et al. The evidence of their lies is obvious from Downing Street Memos.

The Political Cooperative consists of political parties who are merging for a common purpose, without giving up their party affiliation.

The Political Cooperative is beginning as a U.S. Cooperative, since U.S. currently has the most dangerous right wing administration in the world. We hope that it will become an international party option in the future in order to put aside small differences and win elections that have much greater issues at stake, anywhere in the world.

Please encourage your members to take a look and consider our mutual platform objectives for involvement.

The content on these pages does not necessarily reflect the final Platform or Policies of the Political Cooperative. We are an Organization of Cooperation that can only be built by sharing ideas and goals, in order to come up with a new Definition of Democracy in a country that has never treated its citizens equally and has never adequately responded to an ever-increasing epidemic of class-discrimination.

We are working to build a platform that will always put the Peace, Compassion, Social Justice and Equality of our citizens as well as the citizens of the world, first and foremost. We are not rulers of a Global Community, we are but one member in a Community of Nations and we are not entitled to special privileges that harm others. Nor would we want them.

By sharing our ideas and principals, we can define a Government that works the will of the majority to end oppression, violence, and greed; and then we can provide advancement opportunity to those who are in need and have repeatedly been ignored by the Elitist Republican Corruption Group of Individual and Corporate Criminals, who obviously believe that their place on this earth, is more important than the rest of ours.

We will try to create a symbol for the U.S. that depicts a helping hand reaching out to people who are down or have lost their way, instead of a boot that is stepping on nations, stealing from the poor and lying to our own citizens.

Any views that reflect racism, religious-bias, gender inequality, sexual orientation bias, or class prejudice will be removed immediately.
